my approach with clients

I understand that my clients are putting their trust in me to represent them in a professional and comprehensive manner. I do not waste my client’s time with candidates that don’t closely fit what my clients are looking for – it is rare for me to present a candidate that does not move to the interview phase.

My process:

Step 1: I have an extensive conversation with my client to identify their selection criteria of their urgent hiring need. I then create a target profile which serves as the basis for my search.

Step 2: I conduct extensive research, draw on my network and past searches to compile a thorough list of potential target candidates.

Step 3: I methodically reach out to these target candidates within a set timeline, conduct extensive interviews (qualifying conversations) and only present the strongest candidates that meet my client’s needs. I provide weekly status reports detailing my progress throughout the process.

Step 4: I provide detailed candidate debriefs after interviews and am engaged throughout the entire process to make sure it runs smoothly and we identify any potential red flags.

Step 5: The selection and hiring of the right candidate marks the final step.
